Returns & refunds

Every shirt is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size or the wrong color. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?

We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at Funnychristmaspyg@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a refund. No need to send the item back.

Lost package

If your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.

Cancelling an order

Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel it only if printing hasn't started yet.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
